Have you pulled out your Halloween Decorations yet? I haven’t quite yet, but I have been busy making a few different things. Before I go on to this project, I wanted to let you know about some screamin’ Cricut deals! The Cricut Expression Monster Set is only $169.99 and it comes with two monster themed cartridges. Also, right now, you can get any Halloween Cartridges for 25% off, along with 30% off Cricut Cuttlebug Halloween embossing folders. If you are looking to add to your collection, click on over and check them out. There are some really cute ones!
Ok, now on to the project!
This is one of the most simple Halloween Decorations that you can make! This 31 Halloween Sign was so fun to put together.
You just need a board and some Halloween papers, and your numbers. The board that I used is one that I had left over from my Star Slat Board project. Along with some white paint, wood glue and something to smooth your paper with.
Paint all the edges of your board white. After you have measured and cut your paper, put some wood glue on one slat at a time, and smooth it around with a brush. Put your paper down and smooth it out.
Once you have all your paper on, using the wood glue, glue your numbers on (you need to make sure that you’ve painted and glittered your numbers before this).
As a finishing touch, I tied some burlap ribbon around the bottom of it.
This is one of those projects that I started, and wasn’t quite sure if it was going to turn out the way I had envisioned it. :) But, I LOVE it!
Do you have any Halloween decorations that are simple, yet are one of your favorites?
