With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, it is time to start to really think about all those we would like to give a Valentine to. This year, I decided that I wanted to make something specific to give to my kids teachers, rather than just have them give the same kind to the teacher that they give to all of their classmates. Today, I’m sharing this simple Teacher Valentine Gift with you. It could be used to give anyone though, not just teachers. š

The supplies that you’ll need are:
- Hey, Valentine Clear Stamp Set
- Stamp Block
- Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies
- Classic Stampin’ Pad in Real Red
- Whisper White Cardstock
- Pink Pirouette Cardstock
- CellophaneĀ Treat Bags
- Valentine M & M’s
- Glue Dots
- Baker’s Twine
Fill your treat bags with M & M’s, or another fun treat.
StampĀ the “a sweet tweet for you” onto whisper white and pink pirouette cardstock using the Real Red Classic Stampin’ Pad.
Using a non electric die cutting machine, and the die to cut these out.
The die goes perfectly around the stamp. It’s so fun! I would recommend using a die cutting machine that has a magnetic platform with it. I don’t have one, but it would make cutting these much easier.
Once cut, fold them in half.
Put a glue dot on each side of the topper.
Adhere the topper to the front and back of the treat bag.
Tie some baker’s twine around the bottom of the tag.
You’re all done!
These are so simple to put together, and look so fun and festive for Valentine’s Day.
I had so much fun doing different patterns with the M & M’s. What pattern would you do?
I can’t wait to send these to school with my boys, for them to give to their teachers. What teacher doesn’t love chocolate!?!
Disclosure: I was sent supplies in exchange for creating a project and posting about it. No monetary compensation was given.
