What is better than some Bright Summer Letters for Summer time? I originally shared this post over on the Core’dinations blog. I thought since Summer just officially started a couple of days ago, that today would be a great day to share these Simple Summer Letters with you. You aren’t going to believe how simple these are!
To make these letters you’ll need:
- Core’dinations Core Basics Patterned Papers in Bright Colors
- Styrofoam Letters to spell Summer
- Spray Adhesive
- Pencil
- Scissors
Turn over your paper, and letters. Trace the letter onto the back of the paper.
Cut out your letter.
Spray the back of the cut out cardstock with spray adhesive.
Stick the paper to the styrofoam letter. Smooth it out good.
Do this to all of your letters.
Set your letters up. I stacked mine, but if you have a wide mantel, you could spread them out.
These would also be fun to have kids hold for pictures, spelling the word SUMMER.
See, what did I tell you, so simple, huh? I had these all done in about 30 minutes. It surprised even me!
What colors do you use to decorate for Summer time?
