I took this picture of my kids and then added the writing using photoshop elements. I used modge podge to adhere the scrapbook paper to an ugly old frame and then tied matching ribbon. My husband LOVED it!

The poem says:
These shoes are too big for me, as you can plainly see.
but even when I am grown up, they will still be big on me.
The reason is quite simple, I’m sure you will agree.
No one can fill these shoes as good as my daddy!

I also made this little book for Fathers Day. The kids and my husband had fun looking at it.
