I started this framed valentine craft a couple of weeks ago, but finally finished it last night. I bought the frame at the dollar store and had all the other supplies in my stash. I LOVE this American Crafts valentines day line. So super cute. Have I ever told you my Uncle owns that company???? He does and he’s super generous with his product. I got this paper a while back when he let me go on a tour thru his warehouse. Seriously one of the best days of my life. hahaha, well maybe not the best…but it was pretty terrific and I was giddy. When I went in I told the receptionist I was there to see “Uncle _____” it was kind of embarresing. Anyway….enough of my rambling. 🙂
The I heart U are all done on chipboard. I modge podged the paper to the chipboard and embellished with brads buttons and ribbon. 
I decided to try and make my own hershey kiss decoration too. I took plasic grocery bags and wadded them up. Then I covered it in tin foil and formed it into the kiss shape. I have rolls of long white paper that I cut into a strip and stamped with red X’s and O’s
