I mentioned last week that I finished wood decor for prizes for bunko, and this Harvest decor was one of them! Isn’t this a fun one?! Of course it came from The Wood Connection!I started by painting every letter brown, and the corn green and yellow. Then I adhered the paper. The paper I used is the Imaginisce Apple Cider collection. It’s a line from last year, so I don’t think it’s available anymore. 🙁 It’s one of my favorites tho! I added some ribbon too. The green and burnt orange ribbon is from Stampin Up.
For the corn {I think it’s my favorite part of the whole project!}, I just painted the top part yellow, and then taped of the area I wanted the glitter and put some mod podge on and poured on the glitter. I used paper on the bottom green area, and also added the little bit of ribbon.
I finished it off by putting a top coat of mod podge on everything. And I really like how it turned out, and it kinda makes me wish I could have kept it. 🙂 But that’s okay, the recipient was excited to get it.

I love decorating with wood letters! And I love the glitter corn cob too!
I’m hosting a Harvest Party and it would be awesome if you would come link up this (and any other Fall/Thanksgiving themed projects)!
