If you’ve been reading The Happy Scraps long, then you know that I LOVE The Wood Connection! I’m so excited to share this project with you today. It’s a project that anyone can do, and it makes a big statement. If you live in Utah and you’ve never been into The Wood Connection, you should go check them out! Their projects are SO cute, fun and as easy as you want to make them. Today I’ll be sharing these cute LOVE letters with you. {This is a post I shared on their blog a couple of days ago.}
To finish these letters, I started by painting the sides and back of the letters {black and pink} and using the wood glue they sell at The Wood Connection, gluing the paper to them, using this technique.
I wanted to do something a little different, so I decided to make this cute little banner to hang from the wood letters. I used my Cricut to cut the flags, hearts and letters, using the Doodletype and Birthday Bash cartridges. Then I put them all together.
I then used bakers twine to string them all together!
This is one of those projects that came together quickly, and it was so fun to do! So if you are looking for something cute, easy, and quick to put together for Valentines, head on into The Wood Connection!
