About a month ago, I celebrated my 31st birthday. These are the pictures from that day. It was so fun to scrapbook some new pictures. It seems like I have so many older pictures to scrap, that those are all that get done {and I am happy to work on them, it is just fun to be able to scrap events that are fresh on my mind too}.
I used the Times and Seasons line from Echo Park paper for the layout.
For the title, I just cut out a couple of these flags, and put my age. I also inked all the edges of the paper on this layout.
I added this embellishment cluster between the journaling block and the picture. I used my cricut to cut the flowers and the bracket shape, and used my 1″ circle punch to cut the circle. Then added the brads.
To finish it off, I tied a ribbon around the picture of me and my hubby.
One of the things I love about scrapbooking is being able to tell the story about the pictures, but I also love when I do a page and it flows well when I’m finished with it. This page is one of those for me.
So are you scrapbooking today?

Not much of a scrapbooker these days…but I love what beautiful pages you make. Happy belated birthday.
Very cute. I LOVE all of the little details. I love how you displayed your age. Too cute!
So how did you cut out your nice circle, do you have one of those cool tools to do it? Cute page!
Love this page, Amy!! I really need to get going on my kids’ scrapbooks again…your pages inspire me!
