Every holiday that comes around I always find myself thinking that “this is my favorite holiday to create and decorate for.” Then the next holiday comes…I had so much fun making these Lucky Leprechaun Feet! I mean, doesn’t St. Patrick’s day just scream green and glitter?!

I purchased these fun little Leprechaun Feet from The Wood Connection last year, and I finally got around to finishing them this year.  That seems to be a trend of mine. 😉 The feet came as a set, but I bought the block to put them on as well. I thought it would be fun to put a saying with the feet.  Isn’t this one perfect?! I was going to use white vinyl, but when I went to find vinyl, I saw the gold, and thought it would work even better.  I designed the vinyl in Cricut Craft Room and cut it out with my Cricut Expression machine. I used the Stamped cartridge. Once I had it cut out, I stuck it on.

I decided to glitter the socks. Pretty much all of the glitter I own is Martha Stewart.  I’ve really liked using it, but for the black glitter on this project I used Doodlebug Designs Sugar Coating, and oh.my.goodness! I am in LOVE with that glitter.  I don’t know why, but I love it! Now to just use up all my Martha glitter so I can restock with some Doodlebug Sugar Coating!

I did use some Martha glitter for the gold.  Once I had all the glitter on, I sealed it and then tied twine around the ankles.

And that is how I put my fun little Leprechaun Feet together.

I love the way they turned out!
