This project post is a part of a paid marketing campaign with Snap. Although this post is sponsored the project idea and all opinions expressed are my own.
Have you ever moved into a new place and had a neighbor come over and welcome you? It is always nice to know there are people out there who care. I was so excited to these fun Amy Tangerine Plus One goodies in the mail, and knew right away that I wanted to put together a simple and fun New Neighbor Gift idea.

Let’s pause for a minute and just take in all this goodness! I love the colorful supplies that were sent to me, but I think my favorites are the mini Washi tape and the colorful clothes pins. I mean, it’s MINI Washi Tape! You will find all of these goodies available for sale on HSN, March 24.

Anyway, I decided I’d put together a treat box and include a gift card with it. The bright colors of this nearly sold out Plus One line are perfect for brightening someone’s day. Using some mini washi tape, paper, and rub-ons, I embellished the gift card holder.

You could do two things with the gift card, set it inside the box with a treat, or tie it to the outside. I put some cookies in the box, because, what is more welcoming than cookies. 🙂

For the outside of the box, I used a couple of strips of paper, and glued it to the box. Once I had the paper on, I put one of the cute metal badges on the box. I love the way it pops!

Using some of the embroidery thread, I tied the gift card to the outside of the box.

Are you just dying to get your hands on some of these top selling Plus One supplies? You can grab some on HSN on Monday, March 24. They will have five different bundles available, including a basic kit, embroidery kit, embellishment kit and stamping kit, starting at just under $20. The sold out Plus One Project Life Mini Kit will also be available. So get ready to order some on Monday so you can craft up some fun Welcome to the Neighborhood gifts. What is your go to neighbor gift to welcome someone to the area?

Lovely on the inside, lovely on the outside – what a great gift idea! (I am also having serious washi tape envy here!)

Very cute idea. It is always nice to have little things to greet new neighbors with, however this would be a great gift idea for so many occasions!
