I’ve shared a Cub Scout thing or two in the past, and today, I’m sharing another one. For the Wolf Den, when working on achievement 3, one of the requirements is to use a health chart to keep track of some things. Well, I made it into a Cub Scout Health Chart printable to use in our den, and I thought I’d share it here in case anyone else could use it too.
I printed mine on cardstock, and then sent each boy home with their copy to keep track of everything for two weeks. They just fill in the date and tally marks.
Download the watermark free copy here, print it and you are all set.
Now you are all ready to teach achievement 3 to the Wolf Den. Also, in case you need a Cub Scout poster with the Promise, Law of the Pack, and Motto on it, you can find that here.

I’m going to need to keep this for later. Dax is still a little young for cub scouts but I’m sure he will want to join!
