Isn’t decorating for Christmas SO fun?! I love to do it, next to decorating for fall, it is my favorite. I love the way it makes our home feels so cozy when we get the tree put up, and all the other decorations out. One of my favorite ways to decorate is with numbers. I don’t know what it is about numbers, but they are just fun!
I found this set of “25” numbers at The Wood Connection last year, and I fell in love with the font. It is just perfect for Christmas and this wonderful time of year.
These were simple to put together. I traced my numbers onto my paper and then I painted the wood. Once it was dry, I used wood glue to adhere the paper to the numbers. Then I sanded the edges of the paper down so it had a nice finished edge. Once the numbers were done, I worked on the ribbon.
I took a strand of ribbon and stapled it to the back of the numbers, making the numbers connected. Once it was stapled, I tied a bow at the top of each number.
And that was it. It is all ready to hang on the wall or on the front door. Isn’t so fun?! Do you ever decorate with numbers? Here are a couple of other ways I’ve used numbers throughout the year. Valentine’s 14 Decor, and 31 Halloween Sign.

I would LOVE to have these numbers on my door! Very pretty!
Thank you!
Very cute! I love the colors & patterns on the numbers and together with the ribbon, so adorable. I’m totally pinning this! Thanks for sharing!
These are adorable! Love the patterns and the colors. I keep seeing fun ideas with items from the Wood Connection. I’m going to have to check them out. Pinned this and I love the font of the numbers as well. Thanks for sharing and such a great idea! Love things outside of just a traditional wreath on the door.
I love this!!!! Can we make one?
I love your numbers front door decor Amy! I have the same numbers in paper mache that I painted white and glittered with white glitter for my Christmas decor!
