Valentine’s Day is coming right up! Have you started thinking about it yet? I always start thinking early about what kind of valentine my kids could hand out to their friends and class mates, but when the day finally gets here, we are usually signing store bought valentines the night before, and putting a piece of candy in with it. But every year, I think about how I would love to give out pencils, or eraser, or something non-edible. Well, this Valentine Word Find Printable is the perfect little gift. Today, I’m sharing it along side several other bloggers as part of the DIY Valentine Idea Blog Hop! You are sure to find some Valentine ideas you’ll love.
Here is my Valentine Word Find Printable that I’m sharing as part of the DIY Valentine Blog Hop.
All you’ll need for putting these together is this free printable, valentine pencils, and washi tape!
You can find the watermark free printable to download and print here. Printables from The Happy Scraps are for personal use only.
I printed mine out on white cardstock, but you could print this on colored cardstock to make it more colorful if you prefer.
Once you have it printed, use your paper trimmer to cut the word finds apart. Have your child sign their name on the back of each word find. Now all you have to do is get your valentine pencils and use some fun washi tape to tape them to the word find.
I am excited for my kids to hand these out to their friends. My boys were excited about them, so I’m sure their friends will be too.
I hope you enjoy all these other great DIY Valentine Ideas that are shared below!
