Have you started decorating for Thanksgiving? Today seems like a good day for the Halloween decor to come down and the Thanksgiving decor to go up. Thanksgiving is one of my very favorite holidays. I love that we always get together with extended family and enjoy each others company. It’s also a favorite of mine to decorate for. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the end of the fall season, and fall is my favorite or what, but I love it. I’ve shared quite a few Thanksgiving projects throughout the last few years, and I love them all! This DIY Gather Thanksgiving Sign is a favorite of mine, it is one that I shared on the Darice blog last year.

First you’ll paint your wood board white and let it dry.

Using dimensional adhesive, attach your leaves and acorns.
Put the different shapes and colors in a random pattern on your board.
Tie some twine around some of your leaves and acorns.
Once you have everything on your board, you’re finish.
Hang it up or display it on a table or mantel for the Thanksgiving holiday!
