I love pumpkins. I use them all season long this time of year. A few years ago, I picked up these cute little pumpkins from The Wood Connection and I finally got around to finishing them this year. You might have seen a peek of them in the Gather letters post. Today, I’m sharing these cute pumpkins with you.
Mini Fall Pumpkin Supplies:
- Wood Pumpkins
- Wood Glue
- Paint
- Paper
- Paint Brush
- Sand Paper
The first thing you want to do is trace the front of your wood piece onto the back of the paper you want. Then cut your paper out.
Paint all the sides of your pumpkins.
Add wood glue to the front of your wood. Spread it out with your paint brush.
Place the paper down on your wood.
Make sure it is nice and smooth.
Sand the edges off. This also creates a nice distressed look.
Do the same with the pumpkins as the front of the pumpkin.
Use the wood glue to glue the front piece onto the pumpkin.
Tie some twine around the top, and you’re all finished.
I adore the way these turned out. I think they’re so cute!
And they match the Gather letter set too!
