I have some exciting news. If you’ve seen some of the last few posts, you know that my husband has been looking for a job. He was laid off the middle of April, and hasn’t had a job. Well, yesterday he started at his new job. He’s excited about it, and because he’s excited, I’m excited for him. I’m also excited about sharing this fun Red, White & Blue Paper Pinwheel Decor with you today. It’s a fun and simple project that looks great as part of your Independence Day decor.

Red, White & Blue Paper Pinwheel Decor Supplies:
- Red, White & Blue Cardstock Weight Paper
- Pinwheel Punch Board
- Gift Bag Punch Board
- Pinwheel Supplies
- Star Stickers
- Floral Foam
- Adhesive Tape
Start out by making your pinwheel holder. I used the Gift Bag Punch Board to make my pinwheel holder.
Once I had it put together, I embellished the front.
Now it’s time for the fun part. Make those pinwheels. Just follow the instructions on the punch board.
Once you have your paper all punched out, put your pinwheels together with the pinwheel parts.
Add a star to the front of the pinwheel.
Add some floral foam to the bottom of your gift bag.
Put your pinwheels down into the floral foam.
And arrange them the way you want them. Trim some of the paper straws to adjust the height.
Place it up on your shelf or mantel.
I love that this card that I put on the front of the gift bag, has the Pledge of Allegiance on it.
Aren’t the pinwheels so fun?!
Where would you put this in your home?
I can’t wait to get this put out and up with my USA Plank Sign and other Independence Day decor.
Do you decorate for Independence Day? What is your favorite way to decorate for the holiday?
