I might have a little bit of a problem. Round Tin Thanksgiving Place Cards Supplies:
- Round Tins
- Candy of Choice (I found gold Sixlets at Walmart)
- Nut Brown Adhesive Vinyl
- Transfer Tape
- Ribbon (I’m not sure that the linked ribbon is the right size)
- Cricut Maker or Cricut Explore Air 2
Design the names that you need in your Cricut Design Space. I used a font called Dallon for mine, but there are so many that would look amazing! Size the names to fit the space you need. Place vinyl onto the cutting mat.
Send your designs to be cut on your Cricut machine.
Once they are cut, weed the designs and place transfer tape over the top of them.
Cut the names apart.
Fill your tins with the candy of your choice. I chose to use the gold colored Sixlets, but fall colored M&M’s would work as well. Once you have the candy in the tins, put the lids on.
Peel your names off of the backing and place the vinyl names onto the tin tops.
Then peel off the transfer tape.
Tie your ribbon around the edge of the round tins and you’re finished! These Round Tin Thanksgiving Place Cards are super simple to put together and look so cute as well!
They’d work well when you have a lot of place cards you need to put together.
Place them in the middle of a plate over a napkin or off to the side. Either way would work.
I like the look of the bold font that I chose to use for this. I think it works well with the candy inside.
