When I saw this board over at Lil’ Luna, I knew I wanted to make one. My aunt had also asked me if I could think of anything to do for Super Saturday, so I emailed the link to Lil’ Luna over to her. Then I emailed Kristyn and she was so kind to email me back and give me all the info on how to make one of these adorable boards. It came together SO quickly too. Who doesn’t love a quick project!?After I spray painted the beadboard (I needed black and I didn’t have regular black paint, just spray paint). I used good ol’ Mod Podge to adhere the paper to the wood.I used my Cricut to cut the vinyl and it worked out perfectly. It’s amazing how vinyl is so much more fun to work with now that I know how to kiss cut the vinyl. đŸ™‚ It’s SO easy!I hot glued the mini clothes pins to the tops of the photo squares.
Everything about this board is SO fun! I’m excited to get the Super Saturday done (I’m teaching at it), so I can hang this in my house and put my boys pictures up on it!
And remember, if you want to make one of your own, head on over to Lil’ Luna and follow her awesome tutorial!
