Wedding Card & Gift

Last week, my husbands cousin got married, and after I did the anniversary gift for my husband, we decided it would be a great gift to give for weddings. So I put one together, and I needed a card. Sometimes, I work better under pressure, just throw it together and go. 🙂 For this card, I literally grabbed the colors of paper I wanted, the stamp, and it took me about 10 minutes. I know cards don’t normally take too long to make, but for me, I usually sit down, and dig through lots of paper, can’t decide what to use, and it turns out to be a long drawn out process. Anyway, this is what I came up with.2-011Very simple, and quick. And I love my Congratulations stamp, I think it’s so cute! I wish I had handwriting like that, lol!2-013And this is how the temple block turned out.2-004But for this one, I tied some cute Stampin’ Up ribbon around it.2-001I was going to post a tutorial today, but when I down loaded my pictures, I found that they were all blurry, so It would be hard to follow. Hopefully this week, I can work on something that I can retake the pictures, and get it posted. So keep your eyes out.

Hi Amy – is this on canvas or a wooden block? I’m hoping you’ll get the time this week to post a how-to. Love the black & white ribbon!
