Have you ever put together 8 cards in less than an hour? I may have before if I’ve really been on a roll when creating them, but it has been a really long time if I have. Yesterday I did it though. Stampin Up contacted me a little while back and asked me if I wanted to review a Paper Pumpkin kit and also give one away to one of you lucky readers! I, of course, didn’t pass up the opportunity to play with paper. Once I sat down and started putting them together, I was done in just under 40 minutes, and that included taking pictures as I went along, and also helping my kids with things they needed a time or two.
Paper Pumpkin is a monthly subscription that comes in this fun box.
I was so exicted to open mine and see what goodies were in it.
It includes everything that you need to finish the cards. You can follow the instructions, or you can make them your own. I decided to do a little bit of both.
I folded all of the cards in half, and then I started stamping them. These type of stamps make it really easy to line up with, so it looks like you used one large stamp.
After I stamped the cards, I used the included glue dots to attach the fun wooden sayings.
At this point, I added the fun gold glittered dots to the card. I love the sparkle that they add, and I’m glad I waited to put them on until after the words were already on. I didn’t want to have to move any of the dots.
Here are three of the finished cards. They came together so quickly. It was so fun!
My favorite part about this kit was for sure those fun gold glittered dots!
I think these Paper Pumpkin kits are such a fun idea! You get it in the mail, and only need 30 minutes to an hour to finish it up, but you didn’t have to go to the store to purchase anything, it came right to your doorstep, ready to be put together. So Fun!
Now, Stampin Up would like to give one lucky reader a Paper Pumpkin kit of their own to try. Please enter using the rafflecopter below. This giveaway ends at 11:59 pm on Thursday, May 1.
