My boys will be headed back to school in just about a week. I can hardly believe it’s August, let alone time for school to start again. My boys will be starting at a brand new to them school this year, and I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was a little bit nervous for them. Making new friends, hoping they get good teachers, etc. It will be an adjustment, but it’s one that I feel good about, and I hope they adjust well to it.
While I don’t think it is necessary to give a Back to School Teacher Gift, Teacher Gifts are something that I really enjoy putting together, so I thought I’d keep this years Back to School gift really simple, and what could be more simple than an Apple?!
For this project, all you need is some apples, baker’s twine, and this apple printable.
Print out your tags, and cut them out.
Punch a hole in the top of the tag. I used my favorite hole punch, my crop a dile (affiliate link), for this.
Now all you need to do is use some baker’s twine and attach the tag to the apple stem.
Now you have a cute and simple gift to give those teachers on the first day of school. I have lots of other teacher gift ideas if you are looking for something to give that is a little more than an Apple. Check them out here.
