I love Thanksgiving and I love place cards, so today I’ve got some more Quick & Easy Thanksgiving Place Cards to share with you. I’ve had these jars since last year, and a couple of weeks ago, I knew that I wanted to use them to make a place card, but I just didn’t know what direction I was going to go with them. Well, last night, I started pulling some supplies out to use, and this is what I came up with. You guys! These are seriously fast to make!

Quick & Easy Thanksgiving Place Cards Supplies:
- Mini Jars
- Fall Colored Paper
- Linen Ribbon
- Sharpie
- Cricut Explore Air 2
- Candy
- Cut File (these files should be included if you have Cricut Access)
Once you have all of your supplies gathered, cut out your leaves and feathers with your Cricut machine.
Once your shapes are cut, you’ll use the Sharpie to write the names on your leaves and feathers. You could also take the time to type out all the names in Design Space and use the write then cut feature to write the names.
Grab a jar and your ribbon, and tie the ribbon around the jar. Once you have it tied, trim the ends to be the length you’d like them.
Then just slide your paper into the ribbon, against the glass. One of my favorite parts about these place cards is that they aren’t permanent. You can pull all the stuff off after Thanksgiving, and you’ll have cute little jars to use for another project!
Take the lids off of your jars, and fill them with your candy or nuts of choice.
And that is it! You guys, I was serious when I said they were quick and easy! Even if you don’t want to use them as place cards with names on them, you could just leave the names off, and still put them at each place setting at the Thanksgiving table.
The linen ribbon is the perfect ribbon for this project! I love the texture it adds, as well as the warm color.
Aren’t the mini jars just perfect for this?! I love any thing mini, and these jars definitely fit that description!
Do you like to use place cards, or just have everyone sit where ever? When we have Thanksgiving with extended family, we actually don’t use them, but if we do it with a small group at our house, then we do.
Even if you aren’t wanting to make place cards, I still think everyone should have some of this amazing linen ribbon! It’s so pretty!
