You guys! I feel like I’m finally coming up for air, at least a little bit. The last month has been crazy, as I’m sure it has been for a lot of people. With all that comes with December, concerts, parties, etc. + Christmas, then we have New Year’s. This year we had a couple of family parties after Christmas even. Then my little sister got married last weekend, so that has kept me busy too. I was more than happy to help with whatever they needed. I was able to put together a guest book full of pictures. It was so fun to make! I also printed larger photos and mounted them on foam core boards. I’m so glad I had my brother there to help with that! Anyway, now that I’ve got all of that behind me, I’m excited to be back here sharing some fun projects. If you’re thinking that this printable looks familiar, you’re right! I used this on a fun little classroom valentine idea last year. But I knew that it was perfect for using with some cupcakes too. You could make your own, or grab some at the store like I did. Today I’m going to show you just how simple this Hey Cupcake – Valentine Friend Gift is to put together!

Hey Cupcake – Valentine Friend Gift Supplies:
- Cupcakes
- Glue Dots
- Baker’s Twine
- Scissors
- Printable Cupcake Tag (for personal use only) Link to tags can be found in supply list on this post.
Once I cut the tags out, I used a couple of glue dots on the back of the tag.
I placed it onto the package of cupcakes just where I wanted it.
I doubled up my pink and red baker’s twine and then tied a bow on the front of the package.
It is the perfect gift for a friend, teacher, or even those sister you minister to.
Isn’t is so cute + easy?!
This cute tag not only works for this Hey Cupcake – Valentine Friend Gift, but it also works for a classroom valentine. Attach it to any kind of cupcake. I shared an idea last year for attaching it to a cupcake eraser. If you’re looking for more fun valentine ideas, be sure to check out my valentine gallery.
