It’s no secret that I love to craft. I spend time every week in my craft room creating something new. I love it. It’s my outlet from the day in and day out tasks that need to be taken care of. While crafting, I always find myself reaching for the same tools over and over again to create fun new projects, so today, I thought I’d share those tools with you! If you are shopping for a crafter this holiday season, or you’re looking for some ideas to give your significant other to go shopping with, then this list of Gift Ideas for the Crafter is your list!

First up? The Cricut! I’ve been in love with the Cricut machines for years! I got my first one nearly 10 years ago. I loved it and used it all the time! Now I use the Cricut Explore Air 2 as well as the Cricut Maker and I love both machines. The Cricut Explore Air 2 is great for everything from paper to vinyl to iron-on projects. I’ve been using mine for over a year and love it!
The new Cricut Maker! This machine is seriously amazing! This machine does all that the Cricut Explore Air 2 can do plus more! It can cut fabric without a stabilizer put on it because this machine has a miniature rotary blade! Soon there will also be a knife blade available for the Cricut Maker. If you’d like to read more about the difference between the two machines, you can see my post here.
The Cricut EasyPress. I’m in love with my EasyPress. It works like a heat press in the way that it has a 9″ flat heat surface, and it’s easy to use like an iron. The heat stays even on the bottom of the EasyPress too. It has made my iron on projects go so much quicker.
We R Memory Keepers Punch Boards. These punch boards are awesome! They are so quick and easy to pull out and create a project with. I use my Banner Punch Board all the time, but I also love the Pillow Box Punch Board, Gift Bag Punch Board, Pinwheel Punch Board, 1-2-3 Punch Board, and Alphabet Punch Board. There are a few others that I don’t have, but hope to have one day.
The Crop-A-Dile. You guys, this is the best hole punch I’ve ever had! It punches through a thick stack of paper/cardstock/chipboard, there are two hole sizes, and if you want, you can set eyelets with it. (I’ve never actually done this, it’s just the best hole punch ever!) The Corner Chomper is pretty awesome as well!
You know that I love some good iron-on vinyl, and glitter iron-on is my favorite! I love using it on pillows.
If you haven’t used adhesive foil yet, you need to. It’s a favorite of mine to create things with, and it’s fun that the foil shine is already there! Here are some projects that I’ve use it on before.
So tell me, what are some of your favorite crafting tools that you find yourself reaching for time and time again? What would you add to this list of Gift Ideas for the Crafter?
