Sometimes when I’m creating, I get finished with my project and think “this is too easy, is it even worth sharing?”. But then I find myself thinking that if it was easy for me, then it will for sure be easy for someone else, and there might be others who’d enjoy the project just like me. This It’s Your Lucky Day St. Patrick’s Day Printable Tag and cookie are just that. So super easy, but they are the perfect little thing to give to your kids or whoever and they come together so quickly that you won’t be dreading the time spent on it.

It’s Your Lucky Day St. Patrick’s Day Printable Tag Supplies:
- Cookies (I bought mine, but you could totally make your own)
- It’s Your Lucky Day File
- Cricut Explore Air 2 or Cricut Maker
- Paper Treat Sacks
- Xyron Sticker Maker
- Color Printer
The first thing you need to do is upload the file into Cricut Design Space. Once it’s in Design Space, Use the “Duplicate” button to duplicate it as many times as you need. In order to fit as many on a sheet as possible, I placed mine like they are below, and then attached them all together so when I clicked the “Make It” button, they would stay just where they are. Once you click on “Make It” it will take you to the screen where you can print. Print it, and you’ll be guided through to load your mat and cut it out.
I placed my printed copy on the mat, and loaded it into my Cricut Explore Air 2 when I was prompted.
The Cricut Explore Air 2 reads the black border lines with a light.
Once it reads the registrations border lines, then it starts cutting.
It cut all of my circles perfectly! It does also give you the option for bleed lines, that’s why on the print it looks like my circles are touching.
I pulled all of the tags off of the mat and I ran them through the Xyron Sticker Maker.
I filled my bags with a cookie.
Folded over the top of the bag.
Then placed a sticker on it. It would be super cute to add some baker’s twine too, but that would add some time to this project.
I whipped up a bunch of these, and they were SO fast to put together!
My kids really did think it was their lucky day when I gave them the cookies when I was finished with them. 🙂
This It’s Your Lucky Day St. Patrick’s Day Printable Tag is perfect for putting together a little something for St. Patrick’s Day, but it would also work for any day of the year!
You could fill the little bag with any kind of fun treat, or make your own treats. I thought these St. Patrick’s Day cookies worked well with them though.
