Do you like to give your kids, spouse or friends little gifts for different holidays? Honestly, I really like the thought, but even when I get something put together for my family, I don’t always remember to give it to them. Ha! Yesterday, for example, I had created two small treat gifts that I had ready to give my family, and last night when I got in bed, after everyone else was already in bed, I remembered about them. I guess I’ll be giving the little gifts to them today! I always have good intentions though. Anyway, I’ve got this cute St. Patrick’s Day Treat Jar put together, and I’m crossing my fingers that I remember to give this to them next month! 🙂

Last year, I shared these cute little treat bags using these same tags. They were so fun, and my boys loved them! This St. Patrick’s Day Treat Jar is perfect for giving to your family or friends. Print out a sheet of tags and cut them apart. This is my favorite paper trimmer to use. It keeps things nice and straight and the rotary blade helps to keep the cut lines smooth and straight.

After I had the tags cut apart, I grabbed my hole punch and punched a hole at the top of the tag.

I filled the jar with my mint candy.

Around the lid, I added the gold striped ribbon and then attached the tag to it with the green twine.
