Can you believe that it’s that time of year again, when the kids start going back to school? I can’t! I’m just wondering where the summer went. I was a better mom last summer! This summer seems to have gotten away from me. I’m still hoping to do some fun things, but school starts next Monday, so we’ll see how much we can cram into this week. 🙂
Today I want to share with you a simple Back to School Teacher Gift. I love giving Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, teacher appreciation gifts, and end of school year gifts to my kids teachers, but this year I was thinking about wanting to give their teachers something at the beginning of the year. I know a lot of times, teachers have to use money out of their own pockets to purchase some supplies for their classrooms. I know I appreciate all that they put into making their classrooms a great learning environment for my boys and the other students that they have. SO, that is why I wanted to give them something at the beginning of the year.
I put this simple little gift together, but I’m hoping that it is something that the teachers will really use. Sharpies! The best part, this come with a printable. You could print this out, and head to the store to grab some sharpies and have it put together before you got to the school! You could also put this printable with a box of sharpened pencils.
Once you have your Sharpies, or box of pencils, simple wrap some twine around them, print out the printable, punch a hole and tie it on. I decided to use my corner rounder punch on my printable.
I hope that the teachers like this back to school gift and hope that they can use it. I’m getting excited to get to know my kids teachers this year. I’m not going to lie, I’m excited to have my kids go back to school, although I will miss them. I’ll have all 4 of my boys in school, at least part of the week. My baby will be in preschool, for a few hours, two days a week. I’m really looking forward to grocery shopping. 🙂 It’s the little things, isn’t it?
If you are looking for more gifts that can be used for teacher gifts, I’ve got you covered!
