Hello, did you all have a wonderful holiday season? We had a fun Christmas. It was nice to have the kids home, but they went back to school today, and it will be really nice to get back on a regular schedule.
This year for the top 12 post, I thought I’d pick the top post from each month of the last year.
To start it off, last January, the LOVE is all you need was the most viewed post. This is still one of my favorites, and makes me get excited to get the Valentines decor out soon!
February brought the Magnetic Menu Board. I love this, but don’t use it like I should. I’m going to try harder this year to use it regularly (that means less eating out, and more planning and preparing!)
The Amy Bag was the top post for the month of March. This was a fun one to do because it was all in my head and I made it for real! Ha! When it comes to sewing, I never know if it is going to turn out or not. 🙂
In April, the Flower Pot with Circle Flowers was the most popular.
This is one of those projects that kind of surprises me that it has been as popular as it has! The Dry Erase Flower Bouquet for Teacher Appreciation. It was SO easy to make, and I know that the teachers LOVED them, along with lots of other people. 🙂 Not only was this the top for the month of May, but it is my second most viewed post for all time!
The top for June surprised me a little bit. It was the End of Year Teacher Gift.
My Happy Birthday Banner was the top in July.
Getting Organized for Back to School was one of my most favorite things I did last year, and guess what?! Those little caddy’s to hold school supplies have worked great, and continue too. I’m always excited when something works out like I intended them to!
Last September, my EEK! Halloween Plate Decor was at the top.
I was so excited to see that my Fall Front Porch was the favorite for the month of October. It was for sure one of my favs too!
I had a tie for November. I have the Paper Feathered Turkey…
and NOEL. These are both favorites of mine. I’m glad you liked them too.
In December JOY to the World was at the top. This is also one of my favorites.
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing the top posts for 2012. I’m excited to see what 2013 brings to The Happy Scraps! I’m hoping to make things better than ever this year, and can’t wait to share some of my thoughts and goals for this blog with you in the next week or so.
I want to say Thank You to all of you that read this blog. I enjoy sharing creative ideas, and I love that others love them as well. I’m grateful for those that I’ve met through blogging, whether we’ve met in real life, or are just on line friends. I hope to meet more of you as well.
I hope you all have a Happy Thursday today!
